• Kreisverwaltungsreferat (KVR) is the Munich Foreigners Office. Here, international students receive information about visa and residence before and after their studies.

• KVR also provides information on the following topics during your studies: financing, changing/dropping out of your studies/university, semesters abroad, visa for job seekers, EU Blue Card.

• A Language tandem is a good way to improve your knowledge of a foreign language, because people with different (native) languages can exchange information directly with each other and help each other.
• Edeltraud – German language and cultue is the club house of the German Conversation Club Munich: A place to learn German - for example by reading the newspaper or watching a film together - meeting friends and getting to know Munich.
• Das Studentenwerk München provides information about all German courses at Munich universities and colleges and provides other useful addresses.
• Career Guidance of the Employment Agency is currently taking place mainly online and by telephone.
• Berufenet der Agentur für Arbeit is the database for trainings and job descriptions of the Federal Employment Agency. Here you can also find information on professional fields.
• Advisory Network by Studentenwerk provides social counselling with regards to your questions about the end of studies and the transition to work in general.
• Career Center of Hochschule München provides for students of Hochschule München information about news and events related to careers, including a university job exchange.
• Career Services of LMU advises students, doctoral candidates and alumni of the LMU on all aspects of careers and career entry, with numerous offers and events.
• Career Service of TUM accompanies alumni, students and doctoral candidates of TUM throughout their careers and jobs, with numerous offers and events.
